Banshee and Pacific share something much deeper then just making bikes together.
Born out of the rugged wilderness of the North Shore Mountains in Canada, Banshee Bikes came into being and redefined the benchmark of an extreme freeride mountain bike.
A relatively young company, the people working behind the scenes were part of the industry even before the birth of mountain biking and made lasting contributions gaining one of the designers a place in the mountain bike hall of fame. In its 6th year, with representation on every continent around the globe. Banshee’s reputation has proceeded itself with its never ending focus on products that offer the ultimate in performance and quality. 2008 finds Banshee with an all new lineup and its first entry into the race market with the Rampant 4X and its World Cup DH race bike the Legend Mk1.
At Banshee’s startup, Pacific was already identified as THE company to work with primarily because of their industry leadership and innovation. It was a partnership that could only produce something the industry would stop and take notice of. With George Lin at the helm we were assured of “out of the box” thinking to complement the way we approached bicycle design and his legacy is the culture of quality, innovation, and performance, but his most important contribution is the vision to provide something positive to society.
Banshee and Pacific share something much deeper then just making bikes together. At both companies cores are values that aspire to uplift the human potential for the people they are able to touch.
We look forward to working with our Pacific family for many years to come and to make dreams come true for our extended family—our customers.
