Canfield Brothers was established in 1999 to address the need for a better performing downhill bike. For 5 years Christopher and Lance Canfield built their cutting edge downhill bike designs by hand in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The brothers strong suit was of frames that met their high standards was becoming more and more of a drain on their limited time and resources.

In 2002 they attended Interbike, where they were introduced to Pacific Cycles by Ryan Carroll of Astrix Sports. During the next two years they developed a close relationship with Pacific Cycles and in 2004 produced their first bike attention to detail satisfied the brothers’ need for top-notch frames and solidified the relationship. Today, Canfield Brothers produces 5 models of high-Being part of the Pacific family is a key ingredient to the success they have seen and will continue to be crucial to the future of Canfield Brothers Bikes.
