- Product colors, specifications, and equipment are subject to change and may differ from images. Pacific Cycles reserves the right to modify specifications without prior notice.
Terms & conditions
These warranty terms apply exclusively to brand-new bicycles purchased from Pacific Cycles' authorized dealers/distributors. All warranty claims are only valid within the original region of purchase. To protect your rights, we recommend that you ask your dealer/distributor to register your bicycle and provide proof of purchase at the time of sale. This original purchasing dealer/distributor will also provide free warranty repairs during the warranty period.Effective from the date of delivery, we offer a 2-year warranty on the frame to the original owner under normal use conditions. During the warranty period, if a problem is determined to be a manufacturing, material, or design issue, Pacific Cycles will provide free repair or parts replacement. However, shipping costs will be borne by the owner.
General Components:
A one-year warranty is provided for components including the front fork, saddle, seatpost, shifters, front and rear derailleurs, crankset, crank arms, bottom bracket, front and rear hubs, cassette, handlebar, stem, front and rear brake calipers, brake levers, pedals, front and rear fender sets, front and rear rack sets, bearings, linkages, and linkage bolts.Consumable Parts:
Items such as tires, inner tubes, rims, spokes, rim tape, chains, brake pads, rotors, disc brake pads, inner and outer brake cables, inner and outer gear cables, grips, lubricants, paint finish, and any other parts not falling under the aforementioned frame or general components, will not be covered by free warranty, regardless of whether the damage is human-induced. Parts costs and labor fees will apply.All parts replaced under warranty will be considered the property of Pacific Cycles Co., Ltd.
Extended Warranty:
Owners of vehicles with complete maintenance records can purchase an additional two-year extended warranty through the Pacific Cycles online store before the expiration of the original two-year warranty. If a vehicle transfer occurs within the warranty period via the Pacific Cycles VIP system, the original owner must have the vehicle inspected at an authorized channel within three months prior to the transfer. If no abnormalities are found, the remaining warranty period can be simultaneously transferred to the subsequent owner.Warranty service will not apply if the product is beyond its warranty period or if the malfunction is due to the following reasons. In such cases, all authorized Pacific Cycles channels will still be happy to provide repair services, but additional parts and labor fees will be charged.
Exclusions:
- Products obtained across regions or through sales channels not authorized by Pacific Cycles Co., Ltd.
- Modifications or additions of non-original factory certified parts/accessories.
- Personal feelings or phenomena unrelated to vehicle performance.
- Consumables, wear-and-tear parts, and parts replaced during routine maintenance.
- Self-repainting without original factory approval. Damage due to competition, rental, accidents, negligence, abuse, or improper storage and transportation.
- Damage caused by natural disasters, earthquakes, or other force majeure events.
