Since groundbreaking on May 18, 2024, construction of Pacific Cycles’ third factory has progressed smoothly. Today (May 21, 2025), an auspicious date was chosen to hold the topping-out ceremony.

The main beam, which forms the backbone of the building, not only symbolizes a solid foundation for Pacific Cycles’ future development but also carries our heartfelt wishes for the factory’s prosperity, safety, and the company’s continued growth.

This beam will serve as an eternal mark—standing firm with the building itself—and will embody our collective efforts and shared vision.

At the upcoming 2025 Eurobike exhibition in Frankfurt, Germany, Pacific Cycles, together with its sub-brand Urbane Design, will launch three new electric-assist bicycles equipped with Bosch electric systems: Pacific Cycles’ Moove, and Urbane Design’s CV160 and CV200.

Pacific Cycles held the groundbreaking ceremony for its Third Factory on the morning of Saturday, May 18, 2024, at its First Factory site in Xinwu, Taoyuan. The plan is to gradually renovate the existing facilities. The estimated total cost for Phase One is NT$300 million, with the main building expected to be completed by 2025.
